65% of the world consumes goats milk and goat's milk differs from cow's milk because it's digested differently. Many people who can't tolerate cow's milk can snack on goat's milk cheese. With a variety ranging from smooth and creamy to aged and crumbly, goats milk cheese is sure to please. In this class you will learn all about the goats.
