Did you know that Marin & Sonoma Counties are home to more than 30 cheese makers? One of those makers is Marin French who created a Brie style cheese that won an award in a European cheese contest, which helped put California on the map as a serious cheese contender. This class we will be featuring cheese from our very own awesome state where the "happy cows" live.
