Dardimans Fruit Slices
Crisping began around our own kitchen table. With the unmatched quality and flavor of California citrus readily available in our backyard, we were inspired to create a specialty item with one purpose in mind – to turn Californian fruits into crunchy, nutritious and delightful slices.
California’s seasonal market drives our trade. With the exception of Hawaiian pineapple, we personally select each batch of fresh fruit from local growers. We then thinly slice, dry and hand pack only the finest selection of crisps.
Our process of dehydration is quite different from those of freeze-drying and sun-drying, as we are able to retain the fruit’s vitamins, earthly colors and natural flavors without the use of any added sugars or preservatives.
Several seasons of fine-tuning and barrels of fruit later, Dardimans California has perfected the craft of fine snacking.

Celebration Chocolates
Creating decadent indulgence flows through Isabella Knacks family line. I grew up in a small town outside of Salzburg, where the Sound of Music was filmed, and my family’s business was a pastry shop. Dallmann’s began its operation in 1954 by my grandfather, Guenther Dallmann who opened his first pastry shop in St. Gilgen, Austria. He baked fresh pastries daily and was very mindful of the details, always ensuring to use only the freshest ingredients, and this led to his shop becoming extremely popular among the locals. Guenther’s daughter Sylvia and her husband Franz continued with Dallmann’s, and with their creativity, ingenuity, and dedication, they turned Dallmann’s into a world-renowned business.
Growing up, I worked in my family’s shop, where I learned the art of bringing delectable treats to people. And when I got the chance to move to San Diego, I jumped on it with the vision of keeping the family traditions and business alive. In Austria, my parents began creating Mozartkugel (a deliciously unique chocolatey nougat ball originally created in 1890 in Salzburg), and I wanted to bring the Mozartkugel to America, so that’s how my shop started.

Wood Trays
Our wood trays are made from recyclable Paulownia wood (Paulownia Tomentosa), sourced in Asia and manufactured in China. Paulownia (also known as Royal Paulownia or Princess Tree) is by far THE FASTEST GROWING HARDWOOD TREE IN THE WORLD; growing over 7 feet per year and reaching a height of up to 80 feet within 10-15 years. Wood Trays understands that our clients need trays that are lightweight, durable and strong – which is why Paulownia wood was the perfect choice for our trays. Paulownia does not warp, crack, or twist – making our trays a high-quality and reliable solution ideal for a wide variety of end uses.
Each acre of Paulownia will remove 13 tons of harmful CO2 gases and dust from the air each year
Each tree can absorb 24 gallons of wastewater per year and releases about 13 pounds of oxygen per day
Paulownia can be commercially harvested in 5-7 years and it can regenerate from the stump after harvesting
Paulownia weighs less than other materials, also reducing the energy used to transport it
